Which bolt is it ?

I'm trying to find the missing bolt on my bike on the schematic as shown. I believe its #25 but there isn't dual bolt openings as shown in the schematic....

Unless its hidden ?

Am I correct?

I think the bolt you're missing is #24. I believe #25 is hidden up under the seat/tank.

Looks like parts #24-bolt #44-washer/spacer

I don't see a washer shown on bolt #24. I do see some sort of collar #38 behind the subframe in that location but I'm not sure if he's missing that.
