Look, if you don't have rumbles then there's no need for vests. And if you don't have vests, where do you put your dong patches? And if there are no dong patches, then what's this all been about?

We aren't attracting new members and those we have are moving on with life and hobbies.
You just described NESR as well.

If I were to print out and frame one thread, that one might be it.

I hate to refer to the early 2000's and the Biker Boyz craze but thats when I saw the most sport bikes out there. After the economy took a shitter bikes became a luxury commodity like jet skis and other things. To boot the millennials are all about retro looking bobbers & parking them in front of Starbucks vs the stuff most of us are into. Maybe its the generational gap or the fact that other social medias killed the forums, crappy leadership or stuck up members or little unwelcoming cliques... doesn't matter now. Im just hoping for the sake of everyone still sticking around here or elsewhere the sportbike bike community continues to thrive & people help one another, share knowledge, make memories and life long friendships. /EndEmoRant
As a millennial with no interest in retro bobbers or starbucks... I think that if the economy actually starts putting money back in kids pockets, motorcycling will become popular again.

Ah. Well. If you're gonna wait for someone to put money in your pockets you're going to be waiting a while.

I've worked hard to get where I am, I'm doing fine - no college debt etc etc, but you can't deny that say... boomers had a much easier time getting started in life than millennials. A lot of people I know got sold a line about college being the ticket to success and now have crappy jobs and lots of debt. It's a different world, and some things like housing are a lot more expensive than they used to be.

Don't take my word for it How much more expensive life is today than it was in 1960
Re: BoRn Refuges are coming...
Are most of us boomers or Gen X'ers, or what are we really? I did have it pretty easy. All stems from the space in my room not covered in participation trophies...
Sorry, just trying to give examples of what the BoRn folks can expect here once the wave hits.

Now that's funny. We had to walk to school both ways uphill.. dont talk to me about easy.. fuck we had rotary phones for God sake how easy was that? Each generation thinks the others before them had it easier then there's. I can tell you this we didn't get trophies for just showing up. We had to earn them. And when you lost it hurt. Yada yada. no one handed me shit.. sorry for the thread jack...
