Borrow Front End Stand in Portland Area?

Anyone around Portland have a front end stand that I could use in the near future? I've got a brand new set of sneakers in my garage I'd like to put on and it'd be quite a bit cheaper if I just bring the wheels in.

I'll put give you the full value of the stand for collateral until I return it.

I have one you could borrow but I'd need it back by Wednesday of next week. I'm just not sure if the pin will fit your bike.

I have an extra one but I'm down near Hartford. If anyone is headed up that way they can pick it up.

Darn I missed your reply. I don't get email notices all the time for some reason. Must need to change a setting.

I have the later half of next week off. If you're not using/and willing to let me borrow when you have yours back together I can take a ride up there between now and then to see if the pins fit at least.

Thanks I appreciate the offer, but I don't think I'll be taking the cage that far from home anytime soon.

Thanks. I have one of those lift/jacks off Harbor Freight but I don't think it'll work for the sportbike. The collector for my exhaust runs right next to/is lower than the oil pan. I don't want to remove the exhaust...think the radiator might have to be removed to get the head pipes off.

I'm in Portland (between Congress & Brighton) and I have a front stand that I'm not using. You can borrow it, but I want it back when you're done

Heck yeah man. I'd have it back to you same day. Like I said I'll give you the cost of the stand as collateral, I just don't want to buy one yet, I'm hoping to get a litre bike next year so I don't want to buy one then have it not work with the next bike. Any chance we can see if it works with the ZXs forks for a weekend (Sat) tire change? If not, it's no big deal it's only an extra 40 bucks to bring the bike in.

Get a Woodcraft stand. They use pins and lift from the bottom triple. If you look at their website they have an application chart for the pins. Your current bike and your next bike might use the same pins, might not. Either way, a new pin is only a few bucks, are interchangeable and they are awesome stands.

I'm in York every week or two, it would be easy to meet up somewhere.
