It's very cruiser oriented and the few sportbikes that you will see are stretched Hayabusa chrome jobs with 300 wide rear tires. LOL. But there will also be a few sport dealers there with some nice bikes too.

It's a good reason to get out of the house and look at something
    with two wheels on it.

I went to the one in Salem last year. Couple decent bikes, nothing to write home about. Big fan of the jerky guy though.
Is the Boston one bigger than the Salem one?

I went to Salem about six or seven years ago. That particular one was terrible. Middleton, about twelve years ago wasn't bad. The Boston one I went to about 5 years ago was put on by another group, but it rocked.

I got to support it, but honestly not as good as the IMS show in NYC (which I already went to).

Sounds like y'all are so desperate to do anything moto related at this point in the year that you'll "support" just about anything. The Kev-Marv shows are as low effort as possible. That being said, for $5 I'll open my storage unit, buy a few kegs of beer and some Costco Korean pork jerky, hand you a solo cup and we can all stand around and look at my 2 bike collection (still better than what you'll see at a K-M show) and we can talk shop.

    Deal?

You can buy tshirts from Hell's Angels (who are badly misunderstood by the general public, the poor things) , and two or three years ago they had midget wrestling.

And I no longer go because I want the organizers to know that "lifestyle riders" are barely connected to the world of performance-oriented motorcycling.

    I'm sure that's showing them.

I go if I'm bored that weekend, wandering around looking at bikes and good people watching is an OK way to spend a bad weather winter afternoon.

The midget wrestlers were a hoot, my boy was probably 11 or so and couldn't believe it.

I was thinking of going, but it looks like sturbridge ices races might be on this weekend. Racing is cooler than standing around choppers/streched busas.

Boston RV & Camping show is 17-19. Pretty cool. The "camping" involves large vehicles and trailers only, though.

$5 sounds pretty good but...what are you charging for parking?

So what will you charge me for display space? I'll bring the TW200.

    Re: Boston Motorcycle show

Free parking and free display space. Pitch in for the keg and jerkey supply and we're good. I guarantee that even outside in this cold it will be 100% more fun than a kev-marv show.

BTW, if you are a Costco member and haven't tried the Korean pork jerkey you're missing out.

    Re: Boston Motorcycle show

I went to the show in Wilmington a couple times. Years ago, but I don't think it's changed much. I'm picking up my daughter at South Station Saturday afternoon, and considered dropping by the Seaport Expo first (we're heading to a sports bar the instant her train arrives).

Either that or pay the entry fee for the Stor-Kor (Storage Container-Korean beef jerky) bike show/keg party. I thought the $5 fee was a classic bit of price matching, but then I saw that the show in Boston was $17! Never mind. I guess I'll save the money for a couple of draft beers somewhere in-town.

Speaking of which, school me on the best sports bar closest to South Station.
