So Rob and I woke up early this mornign adn decided it was a good day to replace our brakes. He was in need of rears and I have been having issues with my fronts. So he gets his done and then I start in on mine. Well, I don't actually need brakes. In fact I easily have more thn half of the life left in them.
So why do they not stop me?
Should I bleed my brake lines? They don't make noise (the occasioanl squeak in the rain, but nothing major), but they feel extremely squishy, like I need to put more pressure on themt han I should in orer to stop. And they take longer to stop than normal. I am not low on fluid and it hasn't changed color or gotten any debris in it.
If I should bleed the lines, how do I do that? What do I need?
