    Brakes/head bearings

Can the hot weather make the front brakes feel a little squishy? also, how can you tell if your head bearings are just slightly loose, without dismantleing anything?

    1. no the heat wont make your brakes feel squishy, but air int he line, fluid leak, or a bad brake hose will

    2. stand in front of the bikewith someone sitting on the seat to keep the bike stable.

grab the hand grips and pull back and forth on the bars and feel if there is any play. ( ever had to tighten up the upper/lower fork nuts on a bicycle? it feels similar but takes alot more force)

    Brakes/head bearings

Your head bearings are probably effed. I'd get your valves done at the same time while they're in there, and you should replace your brake pads and rotors.

It's all water under the bridge, and we do enter the next round-robin. Am I wrong?

    Brakes/head bearings

If head clunks when brakes are hit even when rocking the bike from and back.

Before you go off on your brakes; solvent clean your rotors and maybe a little bleed
