Dude- he ass-packed a CX-7- they are much easier to miss seeing stopped in front of you then a Tribute. Totally understandable how he could have missed that stopped 4000 pound of metal in front of him.

I'm speechless. It's amazing. You think you can throw a bike in their face that you already signed papers on as leverage to getting them to refund the warranties? Seriously, you need a social advocate to help yourself. Find a mentor. Something tells me this won't be the only time you get screwed.

I would normally say that it is not our business to tell you what to do, but you did post all that info in a public forum and you did ask for our opinion.

Well, in my rumble opinion you need to start making responsible financial decisions. You also need to make sure that you are going to be safe on a motorcycle.

The first one was his bike being ran over or backed into while parked, how does that reflect in his riding ability at all?????????? Learn the facts before you criticize people. I agree ass packing a car is something you can totally blame on him but you really have no right to blame a bike being hit while parked on him or his riding ability. None of us have even ridden with the guy so none of us really have the right to criticize. I agree his purchasing decisions are not the smartest and he freaks out way to much about maintence, but how he wants to spend his money is his choice.
