You guys are hilarious I can picture you at home shaking your computer he did what he wanted to do with his money regarding his bike and his situation. He's already told you countless times that he appreciates your input. You don't have to bash him just because he didn't take your advice. That's when you say good luck buddy and get back to living your own life. If you don't like to read the thread quit coming on it

In all seriousness, folks, NESR isn't just about taking from its members who we deem "worthy"... it's about sharing information and maybe, just maybe, HELPING other riders in the community. And it's free for anyone, not just those we think are worthy of wearing NESR schwag.
For fuk's sake, we're not a biker gang, Jackie. You didn't have to earn your NESR sweatshirt, did you?
Get over it.

My life is awesome, know why? I have good credit and, other than my mortgage, almost no debt!
I work in finance, so this type of financial suicide-inducing decision bothers me more than it does most people. Its mostly because I'm a bitch but partially because I've seen people like the OP end up in bankruptcy or homeless because of these types of stupid spending decisions and I just don't understand.
I'm sorry, I thought we went over this already.
Let me revisit:
Unpossible.
Ban me, infract me, whatever. This thread is more or less dead until he pipes up that he bought the most awesome $6k warranty, so I'll be done for now.

Why even ask? A lot of wasted breath in here...

I think what bothers the majority is the massive waste of time on all fronts. I mean, why ask for advice when the ultimate decision to come out of it is nowhere near a percieved "good decision"?
The flipside is, why waste your own time offering help to someone that is going to just say thanks and not even try to heed said advice?
Huge waste of time on both parts, IMO.
The way I see it is this, next time he asks for advice I'm just gonna click on another thread.
EDIT: Smutty got in before I did.

Wow wanting to show support for a community and spend money on supporting that community makes me want to "fit in". Can we all please get out of the High School mind-set.
I was not asking where to buy a hoodie to "fit in" if I wanted to fit in i'd be acting more douchy like you. You are making assumptions there which are completely inaccurate. You don't want me to wear the NESR name and I don't want you acting like you are the president of NESR
As for my family, that's my concern. Don't worry no food or clothing or anything like that was taken from my family and no life was harmed during the motorcycle purchase.
You read "some" information and tried to read further into the matter. For instance I said I had bad credit, yes I do it's somewhere around a 700-720. Is that really shitty where I have 20-30k in debt nope! But it's still shitty IMO. There are things I am working on clearing up to make it even better. My income far outweighs the small amount of debt I actually do have. I also stated I was working on taking care of that debt, probably a statement you ignored while scouring for all the negative things to respond about.
You seem to think that I just jumped right out and did what I wanted like a spoiled brat not taking my family into consideration. However I did the opposite of that and made sure I could afford the purchase.
I asked the question and upon delivering my decision I knew I would get flamed, and in all honesty even though ThisBitch is being a total bitch I understand where she is coming from. However she has thought too much about the situation without knowing all of the details. I appreciate her trying to get her point across as much as anyone else here.
To Everyone Else:
If the next time I ask for advice you are one of the few who don't want to provide it then so be it. Some of you are acting like it was your decision to make. I asked for input about brands and new vs used at the dealership (clearly). Everyone tried pushing me towards something that I took the time to consider and was just not comfortable going that route. I choose to get a bike that I cannot ride for a few months because I am going to take that time to heavily pay on the loan and try to have it paid off as much as possible when spring comes. Some of you are whining in your comments like I MUST take your suggestion because well I JUST MUST!
My main goal was to get on a bike I can ride for a bit more before the season ends. Just because some of you might have put your bikes away does not mean I have. I will be riding mine until it is just not possible to do due to weather, temperatures, etc. I would have loved to get out there looking at bikes with some of you who offered to lend a hand with that but I wanted to get a bike to ride. I didn't want to spend the next 3-4 weeks "looking" at bikes. However I do tremendously appreciate the offer some of you have made to either go with me, or go look at bikes in your area. When we meet up, I will gladly buy a few of you a couple rounds![]()

I actually kinda like that response.
I don't agree with all of it, but I like it.
