    Stolen- 2002 YZ 125.

This bike was stolen from my parent's garage last night. It is my brother's bike (used to be mine and before that belonged to Union).

Keep an eye peeled. The police suspect a neighbor a few houses down as he has been arrested before for scrapping stolen items.

You should lose an arm for stealing a motorcycle. Malaysia has it right...

Its going to be a bad bad summer for theft, had 2 Brand new Streetbikes go missing friday night from my Town. Its really sad how many locks you need to put on your things to prevent them from going missing! Post all over facebook, all over craigslist, we did that when my brothers streetbike got stolen and actually ended up bringing down a guy who had stolen about 10-15 machines.

Yeah, we have plastered this all over FB.
Good idea of who did it, proving it will be difficult. The person rolled it across my neighbors yard and towards the house of who we suspect.

Do some Monitoring of the house and some late night investigating of your own.

We have someone going to check this out later today. Seller told me he had no other pics and that he's owned it since the fall and it was stored all winter.

It's slightly different. But the differences are something that could have easily been done in a few minutes prior to posting it.
The police have the ad now as well.

The pipe is black vs the FMF that was on there. But Tim did have the stock black pipe in the garage as well.
The GMD sticker that was on the shock reservoir is also not shown in the CL ad, appears to be a different sticker or something on there. Hard to tell.

If it's helpful I believe one of the forks has a piece broken off the spring guide inside it. Happened many moons ago when I revalved them.

They don't seem very bright rolling it across a lawn to its hiding spot either. Hopefully you get it back soon.

Hmmm, It's shockingly similar. The pipe looks like he just sprayed it black. Almost everything else looks identical. Are the grips even the same?

It is very similar. Especially since I have never seen another with the graphics kit he put on it. And once shows up for sale the morning after it was stolen.

Hopefully the PD will be investigating further. I have also contacted a friend who is a PO in the next town over from Cumberland.

I'm not doing anything other than what I can from work. It's my brother's bike. He's at work as well. Another friend was setting up a time to go check it out.

Woonsocket PD has it now and is sending it over to Cumberland.

White number plate plastic vs Blue on the the stolen machine, but again easy swap.

No, It looks like both have white plates. Look at the bolt hole on Tim's picture...

Just talked to Woonsocket. He's on his way to meet with the detectives in Cumberland.
    Will see what pans out.
