Nice work. I want one of these bikes so bad.

This is about as close as I could get to it at Barber. I suppose I could have reached out and touched it but I didnt want an escort out the door.

A good friend of mine rode number P2 at Mid-Ohio and it had a terrible wobble. The owner of the bike was one of my vintage customers so he brought it to me to measure. I ended up rebuilding the entire front suspension system and servicing the shocks. I have some really cool pics of that bike all apart in my frame jig. I had to design and build jigs to define the steering axis because there are no steering head bearings. The whole project took about two months to complete. After it left my shop it went straight to the Gugenhiem Museum where it was on display. I think it''s back at the owner's house, in a glass box over his office.

Cool bike. The Britten biography is a great (though detailed) read. Very cool story on that one Pete.

I went to a Ducati rally in Canada (Mosport) about ten years ago and there were two there. I've got tons of pics. I've loved those things ever since I saw Andrew Stroud (spelling?)
ride one at Loudon years ago.
    Amazing bikes.
