BUSA Fender Eliminator

I Hate the look of the Busa fender. I looks like a bitch to put an eliminator on it. Anybody have any experiance on what it takes to do a Busa??

It not that hard....mototek makes a undertail with led blinkers....it looks sweet on the busa.

But how do you remove the fender. It's molded into a much larger shell that continues into the bike. Do I need to cut it?
