So I read the rules:
before the raffled was cancelled.
"The Rules:
Basically you buy a ticket (or 5) for $10 through the Pay Pal Account using the link below. We are limiting this raffle to 3000 tickets total so every one you buy increases your chances by 1 in 3000.

The winning for number the raffle will be based on the 4 digit number drawing from The Michigan State lottery, this will allow for the neutral drawing of the winning number.
If the number drawn does not match any of the numbers sold the winner will be the person that holds the closest number. In case of two people each holding a ticket that is only 1 number off, the winner will be the person that purchased ticket first. All tickets will be date and time stamped through PayPal purchase so there can be no discrepancy as to who purchased ticket first.
Example: Winning number drawn is 2500. Person 1 holds ticket number 2501 purchased at 10:00 am CST and person two holds ticket number 2499 purchased at 11:05 am CST. Person one wins since they purchased ticket first.
We will post all ticket numbers purchased with persons name that purchased ticket and what time they purchased ticket on the HSBN Raffle web site for at least 7 day's prior to the drawing begins.
Drawing will begin 7 day's after all 3000 tickets are purchased and posted on HSBN Web site or incase all tickets are not purchased we will run the raffle until a minimum of 2500 tickets are sold and at least 45 day's have elapsed. If we do not have 2500 tickets sold in 45 day's we will run the raffle until we have sold 2500 tickets.
The drawing date will start on a Monday and run through the Friday of that same week and all 5 prizes will be given away. Grand prize to be given away on the Monday drawing. First prize on the Tuesday drawing. Second prize on the Wednesday drawing. Third prize on the Thursday drawing. Fourth Prize on the Friday drawing.
Only one prize per ticket will be allowed."
..............................am I the only one who sees that having alottery pick the four numbers is a bad idea when the first number (of tickets sold) goes up to 3 ONLY?
