Where to Buy new riding gear

I have not been on bike for ~1.5yr and some of my gear needs to be replaced . I have also convinced the wife to get back on a (as a passenger) bike after being off for 13yrs, obviously she will need new gear too. I have already bought both of us new Bell RS1 helmets, love the quality and the transition shield few fitment issues for myself....

With Moto market being gone where is the best place within a hour of Framingham, MA to shop for gear, especially womens gear? The wife will need gloves, boots, pants and a vented jacket, what are my options for shops that have gear on the floor? I have glanced @ the Cycle gear websites and so far I'm not super impressed with the choices in gear. I could always take a ride to Woburn and check it out in person.

I'd check out Woburn, lots of stock and Dainese, too.

Usually I buy from http://www.seacoastsport.com/, though.

Carlie at Souhegan Valley Motorsports. They also have a good selection.

If you know what/what sizes you are looking for, I've had great luck with buying used stuff off forums.

If you gotta have new stuff, as suggested above, seacoast has some quality gear.

Along with SVM and Seacoast you can check out Twisted Throttle too. They carry Macna and others. I recently upgraded to the Macna Geo coat.... It's very nice!!

+1 with Jenni at Cyclegear in manchester CT. They have a pretty large inventory and reasonable prices. Everything from bilt to dainese with alpinestars thrown in. The shop in woburn is smaller but newer so it might be worth checking out. The Manchester shop has tons on clearance everyday and i don't think woburn does.
They also have tons and tons or other stuff. From tools to maintence items to aftermarket stuff. It's really worth it to at least take the ride out and see what they have to offer.

Checked out Souhegan Valley Motorsports Saturday, didn't find what we are looking for. Might have to resort to the .com suppliers.

    What are you looking for?

Seacoast stocks some very nice stuff. It was the only place around that had the back protector I was looking for. Needless to say I went there, tried it on with my suit and bought it.

I've bought some gear on line. A few times I returned it for a different size since every brand fits different, the rest I have sold, except for a Tourmaster Transition jacket: loads of features, durable, many zippered pockets, low price, comes in colors.

    Yes I can read.

Since you have looked at a few places and haven't found what you're looking for is what leads me to ask what exactly are you looking for? There are many different styles of each as well as different quality. Do you want sport bike styled stuff? Cruiser styled stuff? So what are you looking for that you have not found?

As I said Seacoast has nice stuff to look at. Its mostly sportbike style gear. They also have some very high quality stuff. If you want cruiser styled stuff go check out a Harley dealer. They have a ton of jackets but they are not cheap from what I've seen.
