Everyone knows that calipers are made to move in relation to the rotor, because a rotor may not be perfectly flat. (obviously, you'd like them to be)
Anyway, I ask because I did order new caliper bolts (yes, they're pro-bolts) and had to cut them down. I wasn't going to pay $13 each for a titanium bolt and the stainless didn't come in a 25mm, which I need. They came in 20mm and 30mm, go figure.
After I cut them down, a little is left sticking out the inside of the caliper, in the direction of the rotor. The closest point seems to be the rotor buttons. There Seems to be 3-4mm clearance. Will this be an issue?
