The reason he's looking for carb work is because his bike has been vibrating & running poorly at 4k+ RPM's right after he fixed his exhaust leaks.

I suspect his carbs are out of sync now that the exhaust has been changed/improved.

If anyone thinks it's not a carb issue, feel free to chime in.

Fixed the running poorly and tried to tune my carbs. Carbs are close just not anywhere near perfectly syned. Jim I had to downsize each jet. I swapped the plugs also. Front was lean back was rich.

Oh ok. So it was a carb jetting issue after fixing the leaks?

Sounds like you'll be all sorted out after getting in touch with TLRman.

I'll PM you his cell #

Re: Anyone Have A Carb Sync Tool/Knowledge To Perform A Sync?

I took some advice from a guy on the superhawkforum and was able to get her to stop vibrating. I seem to have lost all of the DJ's power in the low range tho

Then I used my home depot contraption to sync her up.
