i guess you can leave out the performance issue when buying and what's left is a choice of styling.

I dunno, looks to me like the kawi has about 10 more HP than the yam at 8500rpm that would be very noticable performance difference when street riding

If I was going to buy a bike based on curves alone, I'd pick the kaw (which is tough for me to say, I'm not a huge kawi fan) because it's by far the smoothest curve and doesnt have any nasty dips. The suzuki comes in second, mostly for it's low-end torque advantage. I don't like to have to redline the bike to get it to move (one of the reasons I got a 750 over a 600, but mostly it was just a really good deal ) they all look pretty decent though, no major dips/spikes, and as far as racing, when you gotta keep it way up in the revs, it should be pretty even, although again I think the kawi has a slight advantage...

I also notice that the kawi has a bit of a bump at like 8Kl, whereas the rest have a bit of a dip. This was some smart design on kawasaki's part, I do a LOT of riding right around 7-9k, and I bet that little bump really makes itself felt in terms of the overall feeling of power (IE, the butt-dyno).

if i remember correctly from the mags, forget which, test riders of yam and honda seem to be saying that there is a big gain in torque below 9k, not sure compare to what and a different test rider seem to be disappointed with kawi's torque at lower rpm.

The 636 (ZX6R) only makes 107.5bhp????? That sucks. You mean to tell me that all they could get out of the extra cc's is torque? Somethin aint right.
