I was driving home from work today, and as I passed through the Derry traffic circle I saw what looked very much like someone taking the Club Motosports sign down from their offices there...

What could this mean?

I read an article over the weekend, they have all theire approvals, the only thing holding them up is a lawsuit files by a conservation group, that I would expect to be dismissed when it comes to court in December.

the developer is listed with a Derry address, but I noticed opn their website, that they have a new president, I suspect, they are just moving thir offices

I got $50 on that place never being open, ever.

And I'll throw a $25 side bet on it opens for less than 5 years, goes under in a flaming pile of lost rich-guy money, and gets bought up by Skip Barber.
