I actually talked to the mechanic around the corner I use and he's letting me keep it in his shop for the weekend. Normally it lives outside, but there's some big nasty trees and I had a piece of a branch glance my car last week (or two).

Is a centerstand better than a sidestand in terms of stability? I would think that sidestand would be better. I had a cover on my VFR and during very strong winds it actually tipped over once. I think I am going to find a garage to put both my bikes in for the storm

Sidestand. weight better distributed. 3 point touchdown during weather.
