OK wusses. I know most of you have packed the bike in mothballs for 6 months but toughen up. Recent rain has cleaned up the street and a good 45 degree day and a set of supercorsas are all you need to drag a knee like a deviant hooligan. I confirmed this for about 2 hours yesterday hehe.

Yaa, go ahead and rub it in.
Of course, being a flatlander from RI, you are down there in that mild weather. Hell, you probably have oranges growing in your front yard.
OK...I admit it...I'm jealous. Now that I have a week off from work for the holidays, I may need to drag the bike out of the house and fire it up...

Hmmmmm.....I'm out at noon today, home by 1:00 or so. I was SERIOUSLY thinking of taking the Tiller out for a spin if it's anywhere near 40 or so degrees....

Hell, I'd REALLY like to take the Gixxer out. It may be tough without any levers though...

OK Scott that's enough showing off. I need to see the mark on your knee just to make sure it was really down (he told me this before with no mark on his knee). Besides if I didn't give you those nice DOT race Super Corsa's you might not have got that knee down.

All the scratches I have on my leathers are from when I jumped off my bike going 50 MPH. I thought it would look cool as if I really crashed or something. The only thing I forgot about was what was going to happen to the bike. So now I have scratches all over my leathers so I look like a good rider and a 2000 RC-51 that is worth about $1. Next time I will use a belt sander on my knee pucks instead of jumping off the bike.

(for those of you who don't know me this a only joke, but I did crash my bike last year at the track)

I never realized that the RC-51 was under powered but theres a fellow on the Virago list that is trying to put a 920virago motor in a RC-51 frame. I think the guy is whacked, my 920R is similar power to my SV650, and the 920R has a couple ponies on the 920Virago

I'm the one who is putting the new motor in my RC-51. I figured this way I won't be able to high side again coming out of the bowl.
    (I'm only kidding of course)

its not underpowered....thats just what I expected to get back from cracking on Louie's 954. 130+ at the wheel sounds just fine to me

*(actually my 2002 dynoed 126 at the wheel stock with 600 miles, but its come a long way since then)
