Does Comcast carry Moto GP coverage in HD?

I have not been able to find Moto GP coverage anywhere on my Comcast cable service. I have the sports entertainment package but it seems that just adds channels like NFL and NHL network etc. My friend with Verizon FIOS watches every race in HD.

FS1 channel 250. Oh wait that might not be HD. Usually no qualifying coverage or the smaller bikes unless it's in the states. It typically airs around 7:30am
