Conti's working hard. The Road Attack and Sport Attack are wonderful tires. We had spoken to them last year, when they asked us about Conti going racing. It's a no money market, and they would have to deeply discount their product to get it out on the track.

But - they did it! I would love to see how they hold up. Greg at Conti was very enthusiastic about the upcoming releases like this line and the Trail Attack. They want to be a major player, and so far they have put out some product that is making it happen.

Also, BMW two wheel is now a OEM fitment for many Conti's. This shows me that they are now taken seriously.

    Karaya,

I've read several of your posts regarding the Contis. I mounted Road Attacks on my SV last season and really liked them. They warm up a lot quicker than my 208s and I'm expecting to get a lot more miles out of them. I also took them to my first track day and never felt ill at ease with them.

I do, however, get lots of odd looks from friends when they see that I am riding Contis. No big deal - they're a lot cheaper and so far, I'm really pleased.

One of the rags did a one page review of the Pilot Power Vs the Continental Sport Attack.

They said the Conti's were VERY close to the Pilot Power by comparison.
They did like the Pilot Power better, but it wasn't by much.

I was going to try the Sport Attack this year, but now they have this new line coming out, I may try them when they become available. Sticking with Pilot Power for now(pun intended).

I just put the Conti's on my bike because the place had Dunflops or Contis and the price difference was huge, 550 miles on them, 150 of them in the rain, and they seem pretty good so far

It's a quality tire. I'm impressed as they have come this far without the benefit of a race program. Michelin gets so much of their testing and technology through racing. They are the only tire company to win all the World Championships in a single season. And for Conti to develop the Attack series without that platform is amazing.

The Attack series is made in Germany. The Force series is made in Korea.
