    Corsair V Helmet

I am looking for some info . Today when I decided to put my new smoked visor in my new helmet, I think I screwed it up. I thought my Corsair RX-7 was a PITA. ( probably me tho, I suck at replacing them for some reason ) So here's my ? , after a fuckin hour of fighting w / my visor ( taken the pods off to see where I was goin wrong ) I finally got the damn thing in , but now I notice, when the visor is up , the mechenism that ( the little black tab that you push up ) you push up to release the visor on that side is floppin when the visor is open. Did I break it or will it reset when I swap out the visor again ? If I did break it can I get another mechinisim under the side pod ?

Clint, that's a bike I've been borrowing for track days. That's not my yellow street bike youve seen before.

    Re: Corsair V Helmet

Corsair V uses a different shield than every other Arai helmet... Ever. Dollars to donughts you are using the wrong shield. A new shield was produced specifically for the new Corsair V. Your old Arai shield, or probably the one that your shop had on the shelf will not fit the new helmet.

I love the Arai system. It did take me a bit longer to figure out, but I think it's the easiest system I've used (shoei, hjc, scorpion...). Once you get over it sounding like it's going to break every time, it gets easy!
