suspension is nice to have but unless you are gonna be out there riding it hard... you wont notice the difference.
i race mine with stock suspension......
There was a noticable difference for me on the track, and I am very much a novice track rider. It's a lot easier to keep the bike's suspension in its sweet spot and it has much less tendancy to run wide.
