No way.

Re: Craigslist Bikes you feel sorry for
Does the SV in question have a title?

Re: Craigslist Bikes you feel sorry for
drz400sm is even better than that played out joke and requires no title to be awesome

I understand, I would too.

Re: Craigslist Bikes you feel sorry for
We should put together a pool of money and, once a month, we buy some tragic shitheap from Craigslist and we all get together and fix it up.
And by "we" I mean "Kurlon works and we all watch".
Just kidding, we shouldn't do this.
or should we

Re: Craigslist Bikes you feel sorry for
Why do I have to pay when I can watch Kurlon do it for free, then try racing it?

Re: Craigslist Bikes you feel sorry for
There's a buyers market for bikes like that. People needs a bikes to pose curb-side at the nearest Saturday night hangout.
I kinda feel bad shitting on someone who's enjoying their life. But then I saw all the completely unrelated terms in their ad. Who the fuck wants this cluttering up their search results for a Yaris, Laredo... or enduro. Banshee makes sense though.

You are on FIRE today

Re: Craigslist Bikes you feel sorry for
If you chip in you get to decide on the starter carcass rather than it being something I've over-researched ahead of time and thus already have a game plan for.

Re: Craigslist Bikes you feel sorry for
Here's another one that is a sad amalgamation of someone's fantasy: CB 1100 Chopper '83 Ugly as dirt.
The motor is out of a one-year only bike, 1983 CB1100F Super Sport. It could have spent the rest of its years in a better place.

"I'm not broke don't need $$$ so don't lowball me I have a ton of toys just bored send me info and pics of your trade don't contact me unless your serious no junk for trades thanks" hahahaha

Re: Craigslist Bikes you feel sorry for
He's kind of going against his own, "no junk for trades" mantra.

That's pretty funky. Dig the leaf spring front suspension.

Re: Craigslist Bikes you feel sorry for
I would of loved to squeeze that motor into my '82 CB750F.

Re: Craigslist Bikes you feel sorry for
Ok, everyone who has contacted a seller because of this thread, fess up!

Re: Craigslist Bikes you feel sorry for
I offered him scrap price for it but he hasn't gotten back to me for some reason

Re: Craigslist Bikes you feel sorry for
I know craigslist is a pita, but this ad rubs me the wrong way with "don't waste my time".
This bike could be had as a leftover for not much more than his asking price, and it's now 5 years old
