Crash today....

Friend of mind dropped his TL today. First ride of the season and the sand got him. Dislocated his shoulder and maybe more. Bike has broken shift lever and turn signal...not bad.

The worst part is what his wife is gonna do to his ass and the fact that his season is way over for a few months.

Yeah where? So far I haven't seen a whole lot of sand in north east MA. *massive knock on wood*

That sucks big time. Now he's gonna miss many weeks if not months of riding. I hope the wife goes easy on him...he's in enough pain already! Sand, sand, sand...shit did me in but good once. Up in the White Mts. The fucker was that I had to ride the bike home from NH with torn knee ligaments, screwed up hip, etc. Ended up having surgery. I learned but good, tho. I'm always on the look out for it, especially in spring!!
