so yeah. my bike was leaking coolant, so i fixed it.
so I got on the bike and started going to the gas station to see if it was still leaking.

so I fixed the leak, so i was like 'yesssssssss' and figured i'd celebrate w/a wheelie.
so I pulled it up and rode it back to the stop light, and this car stops next to me.

so the dude rolls down the window like 'YOU F/CKING RETARD YOU'RE GOING TO KILL SOMEBODY' blah blah blah. 'YOU'RE PUTTING EVERYBODY IN DANGER (when there was no freaking traffic on the road), I'M GOING TO MAKE A CITIZEN'S ARREST, YOU PUNK!'

so i didn't know what to do at first, but the f/ckin' guy was a tourist, so i told him he was a huge f'aggot, and that he can't make a citizen's arrest because i'd drop him in front of his ugly wife.

so can you even do that? f/cking citizen's arrest, come the f/ck on.....

Yes I believe you can do that, but who really has the balls. Plus not many people really give two shits about anyone else in this world to put themselves in danger attempting it.

I used to make citizen's arrests all the time. You open yourself up to major liability. i.e. a merchant has a legal right to detain persons who have to the level of probable cause conducted a criminal offense related to the merchan's property. He said/she said gets very iffy, you really need proof.

I can also tell you that junkies do not take citizen's arrests very seriouisly when you are trying to drag them away and may respond with sharpened screwdrivers.

I'd avoid citizens arrests it's a bit of a CF. That guy sounded like a looney also!

I guess I have done my fair share of citizens arrests then! I never even thought about it. I had two jobs years ago in retail as a loss prevention officer catching shop lifters/credit card fraud and vandels. BOring job most times but come time to catch shoplifters the adrenelin gets pumping! What a rush!
