This is great! Unfortunately for us we only have... what... 9 states that allow lane splitting? Last I knew it was proposed in others, but don't know if anyone actually passed it.

Never gonna happen here. Just doesnt seem to be the solidarity. For example, when sports teams raise ticket prices in other parts of the world, the fans stay away en masse and the teams play to empty stands, then the prices come down again. Here, there's always going to be people who will pay to see the top teams, no matter what it costs (or in the case of the Lakers, pay to get themselves on the pages of the trash newspapers). That's why the less well off pay extortionate prices to see players who earn far too much, because they get away with it.
