If your thinking of 13choppers, that's a different dude. I f'get where I saw those pics above but yeah, I think it's all graphic design concept bikes at this point; basically taking the trellis frame design of a Duc and decreasing the angle big time; but I think you've got to do that from scratch (or be a pretty freakin' good welder) since the horizontal frame tubes are contiguous.
Doesn't look so hard, eh? Take a Monster with air-cooled desmo, pop in an SSS, mess around with exhaust, deal with the frame, and cleanup the front end (bars, brakes, elec's). Everything looks easy except the frame and front end cleanup.
May as well throw some shine on there; like a billet AL vented clutch cover

Ever tried a custom frame like that? Or the custom headers/exhaust... LOL! It would take a TON of work to take a Duc and do that to it. Complete custom crossbar frame? YIKES!
A real hotshot welder could pull it off, but to make it look clean on an exposed frame like that? Thats skill. You couldn't build that bike for less than $20K and a helluva lotta sweat. But it is damn cool
