Exclamation As if the deer weren't enough...

I saw a Bear in NH on exit 89 on Sunday afternoon...

I was in my cage... it would have been "interesting" if I had been riding.

And man do I believe them when they say don't run from a bear. That thing had to be doing about 35mph+ when I saw it.

luckily, there aren't as many bear as deer, cause they can run just as fast, and are prolly more likely to run in front of a vehicle.

last year when on my trip sout to deals gap, I saw one on Rt 9 in Wilmington VT at night, luckily for me it was in the other lane, apparently wiping its ass on the pavement, it was dark and I barely saw it.

I just hate seeing moose around here. I get scared riding some of the twisties because I sometimes think of the chances of a moose on the other side - that would be quite a mess, for me. The moose would just run off like nothing happened.

Last year up in No. Conway....I was cresting a peak, rippin through some twisties up there. When I got over the peak...I saw what I thought to be the biggest damn dog I ever did see....as I got closer , it became apparent to me, It was a bear running diagonally across the road. Small cub but big by dog standards. I slowed and thought at the same time....Where there's a cub, there's an overly protective mother...And buggied the fook outta there.

That was a first for me.
