    New bike fees?

$8199 MSRP, $535 Freight, $399 Build, $299 Doc which brings it to $9432 total

    This pretty standard?

That's not terrible. They are usually between $1100 to $1500. I would still bargain them down. The build fee is ridiculous.

Try different shops as well. Some will wave the fees to get a sale. It's a buyers market for most bikes right now.

Naults has leftover 2023 GSX-8Ss in stock. $6,999 + $1,250 but “will work with you”.

But yeah, even National who was a “no dealer fee” dealer now charged freight since Covid.

I've found most every dealer has some kind of fee. When I know what I want, I simply call every dealer within reasonable distance and get their OTD (out the door) price and tell them lowest price will get a guaranteed sale today. At the end of the day I only care about the total price.

I know it's a bit of a drive, but may be worth giving Razee a call, they've got 2 in stock, MSRP + $550 destination, no build fee listed. I'm sure there's probably some type of Doc fee, SteveM may have some more info, he got his Yamaha there.

Check out Billerica (MA) Motorsports. They keep just a few bikes in stock, looks like some good prices on what they do have. Long-time dealer. I was just there today for a sticker.
