I don't agree on that. Guy was clearly showing no responsibility for public safety. Maybe this was the best outcome for everyone. Maybe he was an organ donor and just saved 2 lives with his spare parts. We really don't know.

    I know. I agree.

I'm the one who argues online with people who can't even understand the concept of "innocent until proven guilty" nowdays and they think bail reform is something that's ruining the world and letting criminals out on streets and people should rot in jail even before trial.

Nuance is lost on people nowdays.

Have you ever gone 10mph+ over the speed limit? I bet you have. I'll bet you even hit triple digits on public roads. That's also showing no responsibility for public safety. Now it's just semantics of which one was worse to which degree.

So your opinion is that the kid's actions warrant the death penalty?

It can be fortunate that his reckless actions did not hurt anyone else AND a tragedy that those actions cost him his life.

Maybe it wasn't even his fault. Maybe his tire failed from being incorrectly installed.... Could be a negligible death. Do you happen to know all the details?

For the record thank god people like you aren't in health care. Imagine a doctor coming in and going "injured to his own stupidity? Fuck him, he should have known better, not helping him"

This is today's greatest example of the perversion of Christianity away from Christ. You are quoting Proverbs to defend a wholly un-Christian view of this death.

    A) His tires are fine. See pics.

    B) Doctors aren't allowed to turn anyone around, however this is exactly how injury insurance works. I bet they won't cover his death.

"Doctors aren't allowed to turn anyone around" - Every time I go to have my physical, my doctor turns me around...

"injury insurance" - WTF is injury insurance?

Still waiting to hear if you've ever gone over the speed limit or *gasp* the MANICAL speeds of 100mph+ on public roads.

I'll bet good money you have.

Are you not answering because "a fool doesn't want to expose his folly"??

Or maybe answer how you truly feel?

That excessive speeding can't be a public safety issue at all and it's all bullshit?

We should be free to go as fast as we want? If going too fast can't be a public safety thing, imagine how much safer going slow on dirt bikes can be?

Yes. You were awfully concerned with public safety in that situation, even though you typically have no regard for it and don't consider things like speeding being a factor for public safety.

As a matter a fact, you said speed laws are just a cash grab "100%" and are "0%" for public safety.

I'm just trying to see exactly where does your comment and concern stem from for vilifying a person down to being an organ donor for his disregard for public safety yet you yourself had a history of endangering the public on public roads with zero fucks given to towards public safety.

Please elaborate what's bad and whats good for the public. So far I gather that speeding and breaking speeding law is of no public risk but going much slower on a dirtbike is? Did I get that right?

I answered yours. So far you've answered non of mine. Still waiting.

    I'll make it easy.

What behaviors do you consider a danger to public safety? You've already said speeding isnt one.
Have you gone over 100mph before on a public road? What's the fastest you've gone?
Do you know for a fact that a tire mounting wasn't a problem in the crash?

    First, define public safety.

No. You define public safety. You used it in this thread and before.

2 of the 3 questions had nothing to do with public safety and yet you still chose not to answer them. What's the problem?

So since my definition of public safety does not include speeding, and yours does, what exactly do you want me to answer here?
