My matte black Ducati 749 was stolen last night in the South End in Boston. I left it there over night on Columbus Street and this morning it was gone. If anyone comes across a bike w/ no title, no keys, or random parts, please lmk.
That sucks man, good luck.

bizarre b/c it was parked on a main street in a nice neighborhood
best of luck man
sorry to hear it man, my 2002 Honda Civic got stolen right out of our house in suburbia town 1/2 south of boston. We recovered it a few hours later. Turned out they stole the key out of our car a few days earlier so we changed the ignition key. They rolled car out of our driveway and expected the key to work and it didn't so they rolled it into a nearby parking lot.
wow that really sucks, I get nervous about that stuff and usually feel comfortable leaving mine on main streets overnight. jeepers

Yeah, that does suck. I know that gutwrenching feeling when you walk out and see your vehicle missing or damaged. I know you described it, but since not everyone is familiar with every bike, throw up some pics and the VIN to help people know what to look for.
I will try to post some pics up tonight. Kudos to them for getting away with it I guess. I don't think they will be able to ride it w/o putting some serious money to change the ecu.
that blows, my first bike was stolen during the day right out side my work. I get off at 5 and gone, thats a crappy feeling!

hope you had full coverage?
yes, it works out in the end b/c I had a huge maintenance service due and I wanted to get a new bike. i was just shocked that they decided to lift the bike on a main street. maybe i'll try lo jack on the next bike.

So it was a bad ECU that was causing it to run like crap? I knew it had to be electrical but with no diagnostic software, I couldnt get any further into it.
