Ebay Deal gone bad over Bill of sale

Short version of long story..... Buyer wants third party " his driver" to pick up bike. I emailed bill of sale over to buyer to sign and send back to me. Buyer says no he can't or won't sign or agree to let this pickup driver sign for him... Says I am changing deal by having a bill of sale? Trusting that the bike gets delivered to his location with no paper work to prove I sold it to him??? or that he claims he never got the bike! Paypal takes my money and bike is gone.....Refunded deposit and GTFO.. Strange but true... Anyone local want a Buell??

And contact eBay resolution FIRST, don't wait for him to initiate. Something smells fishy. Bill of Sale is normal protocol.

Driver should be prepared to at least sign Bill of Lading stating that he has accepted the article in good condition.

Yes contacted ebay got my fees back. This smelt funny so when he started insulting me and saying I changed the deal over a bill of sale. I got out of it pretty darn quick.
