New England Sucks!

Get up... don't want to get out of bed.

Look outside. WTF! Snow on the ground.

So I get up, get dressed, go outside, start car, turn on defroster, etc.. and then get out and start cleaning the ice off the car.

Fuck! Left the wipers on. They start working once I clean some ice off and the remaining ice shreds the plastic on the wipers.

I take car to dealership for service + recalls. Walk home.

Decide I better not ride my SV to work since there is ice all over the place. Go put on my bicycle clothes. WTF! I lost one of my winter gloves.

Ride to bicycle shop. They don't open till 10AM. Damnit! Wait around for like 10 minutes and the guy arrives and lets me in early and sells me some gloves at like 1/2 price since he was putting the winter clothes away for spring.

Ride to work. Get covered in water + mud + ice. It was not fun.

Why do I live in New England again?

Yes, hard to believe, but a week ago we were all out on our toys.

Global Warming affecting the climate.. nahhh...

I usually hate to ride on threating rain days.. but to get more time in.. I just might have to pick up some Rain gear.

Here is hoping for a looong summer well into October.
