If they're supposed to auto-stop based on liquid level in whatever you're filling, like a regular gas pump, don't count on it. Otherwise they're great. Only time I don't like them is for dumping into a car, spout is too short so it's just awkward trying to hold the can upside down and then they leak a little around the thumb button while inverted. Not exactly a normal use case though.

For dirt bike use, the 2.5gal ones are the bomb.

No Spill sells a spout extension... or just buy a length of vinyl hose and a hose clamp to extend it

At some point I'd like to pick up a 1.25 or 2.5 gal Tractor Supply NO-SPILL for quicker & easier filling of dirt bikes & whatever. Those look like a pretty good design with great reviews.
I thought you liked it hard and stiff?

I think these are designed for dirt bikes but the reviews are quite mixed: https://www.cyclegear.com/accessorie...ripper-gas-can

One of these in yellow/diesel flavor came up on super-sale somewhere: https://www.surecanusa.com/
I bought one. Hot damn does it work really, really well. Especially on the tractor where I can brace the jug on top of the tank and seat and not have to hold the jug up.

What's the difference between a bolt and a screw?
First you screw, then you bolt.

This looks perfect for the generator! And I just bought another Risk Racing Jug for the track this past weekend.

Thoughts on these large 14 gallon rolling fuel containers with gas-station-like nozzles? Use at the track and at home for filling bikes and the generator?

When I taught the MSF program we had these in the shipping containers with the bikes. They worked well and were easy to roll around. The tires on the one we used were larger and pneumatic but otherwise it looks pretty similar. Also the one we used had a hand crank to pump it. This one you would have to get to a higher elevation that whatever you are filling which may be a pain in the ass for garage use considering you would have to lift 14 gallons and the weight of the caddy itself.
