first thing I did when I got my bike. bought like 3 blank OEM keys and went to the locksmith for copies

Unfortunetly the 1098 keys come with a chip in them so the bike only starts with that particular key. You can't go down to the local hardware store and make copies......hence calling Ducati in Italy an ordering some more for my particular VIN number

    Ya ya...the price of owning a Duc.....whatever!

My squidly bike sits waiting for a nice day...looks pretty hot sitting there doesn't it?

And the serious street tool is the one getting all the attention. Chain and sprockets, rear fender, some new rubbers, clean/lube the rear suspension...and maybe an oil change

ask weman. we spent way too much time figuring the damn thing out. honestly. just use their new website for the online calibration, which now comes with step by step instructions. also, previous installers have put pictures of their bikes, which may help. I used the speedohealer v3.0, which has the manual on/off switches. the new v4.0 came out this month and seems much easier. the problems we had, were the instructions were using part names that my OEM service manual werent using. once we figured out what plug the speedohealer needed to go to (from looking at a previous install picture online), it was easy. i have to go there sunday to recalibrate it actually. after seeing the instructions online, we were way off on calibrating it.

didn't we end up waking it go 15 miles under what we should have? i freaking hated that thing the directions were retarded. i had the dampner installed 3 times before we figured it out.

i meant calibrate it so you can get over 200 on the display, and snap a pic & post it. then watch and laugh as all the other gixxuh rydaz cream themselves.

though i wonder if you calibrated it like that, would the speed limiter kick in at like 30mph??

this is what i was saying make first gear hit 200 mph take a pic with bike running and sitting still and say look how fast i got my gixxxha to go.
