My apologies. After looking closer at the background, this photograph was obviously taken in Australia where, needless to say, ground clearance isn't much of an issue.

Fortunately based on the placement of helmet and jacket I'd say whoever it was ended up fine but man I would be livid if my bike did that to me. Company would not hear the end of it....
