If someone teaches me to wheelie, I resolve to wheelie in at least 20% of the situations where I would normally wave like a happy child with an ice cream cone.

All the young scamps who give me the "braap it" gesture as the Husky passes through their quarantined towns are left wanting, because they do not get to witness the sick wheelies of which the bike is most certainly capable. Think of the children.
And now I want a big single.:mecry:
I used to just to a hand up on the left grip, mine has hand guards so no one would see it
I sort of flip directly left and back
I always wave if I may safely do so , otherwise I hired this pillion seat waver and she does it for me .
Holy shit, I can't remember the last time I saw an actual, honest to goodness, non-ironic "wave" thread. :lmao:
WTF? Since this thread, I see more & more wavers. Especially now!
And to clear things up a bit: I'll wave to anybody I notice waving to me EXCEPT the ankle wavers. But I'm not usually one to initiate the wave.
Governor said no during covid.
Jesus Christ! Seems like everybody and their mothers are waving now. On our weekend trip to upstate Vermont Saturday, I had to stop waving back. It was almost every fuckin' bike we saw for 400+ miles. I was in a group of ten bikes and on comers would just hold their hand out while we all passed.
Oh, and because of this thread I now make it my mission to wave to sportbikes. I get more scowls from them than I ever did when I was on a sportbike waving to Harleys.
Top gun rules. Don’t wave unless waved upon.
That’s my mindset. Unless it’s a crotch rocket or a naked bike, especially if I’m on my harley, I make it a point to wave.

I've noticed with Harley guys, if they have a young lady on the back, she has been delegated with the WAVE responsibility. I feel more compelled to wave back :wavey:
BMW guys still don't wave even in AZ where everyone does.
100% with you on that. Annoys me far more than it should. Get off my fucking lawn.
When on a back road and some helmetless poser comes scowling the other way, I like to blow kisses at them.
And while we are on pet peeves, don’t new riders know patting your helmet means police ahead, not a political statement?
I don't waive often when I'm riding my k-pipe, as my body is a stressed member of it's spaghetti frame, below 40mph, I feel comfortable taking my hand off the handlebar long enuf to waive, nothing like my v-strom that is rock solid depending on tires (not so solid on studded knobbys above 75) at any speed it goes
Do we REALLY have an active "Wave" thread? :puke :lmao:
I wave to everyone on the road weather they wave first or not. If they dont wave I assume either they are unable to for some reason, or they dont know to do so yet.
still can't wheelie fort shit
