Let's all get along. That's just Doc being Doc. It may not be the best Hawk out there but I can't see putting any more $ in one. It's a cool bike fun to ride but it's still a Hawk. I think my YSR with my CRF 250 is going to be more fun to ride. Thanks for all of the support. In two weeks or so and I will post a video.

Doc being Doc? I know you from the Hawk forum... I was commenting to another poster that there are PLENTY of cool Hawks out there, many cooler than yours. All you have to do is look. I don't see where my comment earned the comment Christian posted.

Yours is a great example of how the Hawk lends itself to mods. With the great community we have over on the Hawk forum (where many of your parts and ideas came from) it makes it even easier. That said I don't meant to take anything away from your work or build quality. It is a shining example of what a hawk can be with someone who knows what they are doing working on the project. Mine always come out cobbled together and half assed.

Well Doc you just come off the wrong way sometimes. You can't tell me that's news to your ears. Yes doc your right there are nicer Hawks out there but this thead is not about the nicest Hawk. Its my Hawk and what I have done. Thanks to the people on the Hawk forum. Let's move on.

OK this is it till its 100% done. Tail is not down all the way with no can. Still need to make wheel spacers but I need the rotors.

That's too funny!
I just got the bike put together and I wanted to ride it to work out the bugs . This year the jacket is going over the seat to keep it cool.
