i had simila situation last year on rte 3. it was a kid, probly in early 20, trying to cut me off in the working lane. this was during the last part of rte3 construction. one lane was blocked off with barrier but there was no work going on. so i used it doing about 10-15mph because the traffic was was stop and go. this kid just swerved in front of me as i come close to him almost cause me to lowside. i managed to stay on the bike. i then boxed him in the left lane for couple miles as the traffic picked up again. he was trying to get away. in the end i didn't want to follow him home so i took my exit. one guy was yelling out the window, "go get that asshole!".

i knew people like this....in my HS years there were a couple toold with old police cars that would attempt to patrol the local hang outs..he went to a differnt school then me and they said he would sit in the parking lot in the morning and write the plate #'s down of anyone showing up late...

He's not a cop, but he drives a "copped" out Crown Vic or whatever the hell kinda car it is and purposely harasses people on motorcycles going "20 or more" over the limit. First of all, how does this moron know how fast the bikes are really going without radar or laser ? Secondly, who died and made this asshole a traffic patrol cop ? Doesn't he know that he is not only endangering the lives of the motorcyclists, but the other motorists around ? There is, often times, a chain reaction caused when a vehicle crashes. It is quite obvious that this peckerhead thinks of nothing but his own over-inflated ego.

Let's hope this fucker gets a good, old fashioned ass whooping that he will remember for the rest of his life.

If someone cannot be charged with murder doing what he's doing, then anyone could go on the roads and kill many people by doing this (pulling in front of a fast driver/rider) and be a "non official seiral murderer", without ever being charged...

I understand the point that you cannot proove that someone did in fact intentionally pull in front of a fast driver with the intent of killing, but it's still fucked up. Altho in this case, this moron DID admit on a message board that he was doing it intentionally to cause harm (and might be causing death in the process), so I'm assuming something could be done against him...
