Helmet with Inner Visor Question

Hello Everyone,

I have a Scorpion EXO 1000 helmet which has the inner visor that slides down. I noticed about 2 days ago it got a little loose and when I have it retracted in the helmet when i hit a bump it comes down about 1/8". While it is annoying it also gets in my view when I am tucked in.

Anyone have any idea how I could adjust this or is it something that I just cannot get to? I checked the manual but there is no assistance there aside from how to remove and install the visor. However to do that you just pop it off the holders. Doing this won't help me because it's the
holders are what is a little loose.

Any information would be appreciated. BTW I hit google first but could not find anything searching "EXO 1000 inner visor loose", I also tried tighten and adjust

Had an exo-1000. Never heard of this issue.

I would contact Scorpion directly.

I also have an Exo-1000. I've noticed that sometimes the inner visor bounces around a little bit over bumps, but I've never seen it hang down.
