hey guys just wondering what you wear for lids ill post up some brands and you can go into as much detail as you want, for me i have 1 agv ti tech rossi doctor, 1 agv xr2 rossi valencia, arai signet cathcart, arai signet gtr, and 2 other lower end helmets...

truth-- i have a icon mf helmet its pretty nice but it just didnt fit my head right, baught it and its sat in the closet after having maybe 100 miles on it lol whoooops lol

my first was a z1r....garbage.....then i bought a shoei and loved it....scraped it at louden and bought an arai and it dwarfed the shoei (fit and comfort....i actually was "fitted" to the arai instead of just picking it off the shelf randomly)

i like the way my icon fits. for me its comfortable i borrowed a few differant helmets and rode with them for awhile and i just liked how the icon fit and felt.so for christmas my wife bought me the one i liked

What is the word on the newer scorpions (EXO 1000 I think?). Lots of gadgets, fiberglass/kevlar shell..

Seems they are starting to pop up everywhere.

I'm currently using an Arai, and probably will do that again when it is time to replace.

L3uddah, if you like Shoei, chances are you will not like Arai, they tend to be shaped for different shape heads. Just my .02

just bought a Shoei RF1000 new on eBay for $300. Havent used it yet, but it will be replacing my HJC

im the only one with a suomy eh? nice. My suomy is real light and the padding inside is real comfy. Only gripe is the wind noise. After a while on the highway it gets pretty annoying. but i guess its the trade off for lightweight. i just use ear plugs now

I love my Suomy. It is the lightest helmet I've worn so far, and I love the Extreme visor. The pads are also very comfy. The vents are ok, but not as good as the ones on my Arai RX7. The Suomy is also somewhat loud, but I always wear ear plugs, so it's not an issue for me.

Just bought one. Very cool gadets, pump up cheekpads, built in sun visor, blah blah....have not ridden with it yet.

still rockin the flat black scorpion exo700. i not overly in love with it. good cheap helmet. i def want to check out the new exo 1000 when the time comes.

I love my Suomy Bostrom Tattoo. Fits great, its light and the anti-fog is awesome.

Of my three helmets I would rank the Shark as the nicest of them all. It's light and the fit and finish are great. It not quite as light at the Suomy.
