Problem? Help??

So I have a problem with my 08 gixxer 1K. Ever since I moved up from my chromed out 750 to my 1000 with the tire pushed back plus a Dynotune NOS 30 shot I have gone through 6 Michelin Pilot Powers! Can anyone figure out what my problem is? The only thing that I have noticed is the fact that I have to pick melted pieces of rubber off of my undertail at least once a week.

Probably the flux capacitor going bad.

It's probably the connection between the handlebars and the seat.
