Help Me Chose a Color/Design For My Helmet

I need a new helmet. I was going to just go with plain and save the $30, until I realized how good the Scorpion helmets can look. Now I'm torn on which color/scheme to get.

It needs to work with an orange bike and white/black leathers, so I've probably clashed before I even got started. Fashion/matching colors has never been something I was good at, or cared much about, hence my looking for input on this.

This is the bike/leathers it should look good with



There's the orange predator, which probably matches my bike/gear best. I'm not sure how I feel about the predator layout though.


There's the blue Scorpion, which is my favorite, but I don't think it'll match my bike/leathers. Then again, maybe it will... there is a blue stripe up the front and back of the suit?


There's the black Scorpion


The Chameleon Scorpion


And, there's the red Scorpion


And, of course, matte black

Thanks for the replies. I really, really like both of your picks, actually. Unfortunately it's looking like I'm going to have to pick from what's there, so I'll probably end up with flat black or black predator. Unless I can find a way to get somewhere that has Scorpions in stock tonight to figure out what size I am, which would probably still leave Doug time to order what I wanted...

I loved the matte black helmets for a long time but out of those choices I like the Red scorpion the best. The white with the black and red looks pretty sweet imo.

The orange one running away with this, but Seth is the only one that owned up to voting for it. Looks like I may get to pick after all, at least in the way of a first second third choice thing. I've gotta pick before I leave here around 5PM though.

Everyone I have talked to with a black helmet says it attracts to much sun and sucks (I personally never owned a black lid). Don't know about you but any way to keep your lid cool would be a bonus.

for what its worth, my Arai is black and I do not suffer from an extra heated helmet. It does vent very well and I don't sweat all that much when I ride in general so that might be part of it as well.

I was lucky to find a solid blue, mild metal flake in a Shoei and HJC to match the Bandit. Dunni why, and I ain't knockin' anyones choices in graphics, but like the multi-colored 200.00 sneakers with the wind-up soles, I got no use for that stuff. I'm a t-shirt and sneakers kinda guy on the bike down in Virginia just cause it's do dammed hot down there, but up here, if I wanna extend my season, I gotta pick up some new gear, and ALL of it has Joe Rocket this, and Suzuki that logos all over em, white stripes, graphics, and who knows what all over em. Shee-it, boyz, I'm an old fuckah, the whacky graphics don't do it for me, can't hepp it.

In the moto-shop I bought my bike at, all they have is whacky stuff.

I don't know, to me that helmet seems like it'd work attached to a chromed out gixxah that's going places in the bed of a pickup more than it would work for me on the race bike
