A double bouble is like the stock one with a hump in the middle that provides some extra wind protection.

No, Donny, these men are nihilists. There's nothing to be afraid of.

Unfortunately, you got the poser tinted kind so I can't use it on the track!

Which sucks... because the dark windscreen would have looked great with the now "blacked out" headlight holes.

    FYI...

The reason your clock and odometer stuff wasn't working on your CBR was because the connector pins had fallen out of place.

Basically, there is a little piece of plastic between the button you press on the outside of the gauges, and the actual button on the circuit board.

For some unknown reason, Honda decided to put in a free floating plastic connector that is only anchored on one end. It looks like hitting a good bump could cause it to dislodge.

When I took off the gauges, I heard something rattle around. It was a 2 minute fix.

Glad to hear it. It did kinda bother me.

Thanks for the letronics ya sent me. Ohhhhh BTW I have a performance oil filter I bought for the RR that you may want too. It has a re-useable stainless steel screen.

    Lemme know.

Thanks, but I think I'll just stick with the plain old filter.

Fortunately for me, it's the same filter for my GoldWing so I just bought 4 of them.

You can use it, you just can't SEE through it. At least the really dark/opaque ones.

Tony, Are you really thinkin you'll spend any time behind the bubble on that thing? The screen is pretty low...

A normal tuck had me looking through the screen (at least while sitting on the bike in my house)

I'm thinking VIR will definitely have me in full tuck for a little while.

    We'll see...

If not, then I'm putting the dark one back on! Bling Bling!!!!
