fwiw, I'll always have a soft spot in my heart for the Kat. as someone coming back into riding after a 10-yr. break, it gave me exactly what I was looking for: a bike I wouldn't kill myself on in the first week, but that I wouldn't outgrow after a month. great, stable platform, excellent mule for testing the effects of mods... as a re-entry bike, it was just what I needed. now that I can ride a little bit... it's just time to move on...

so the other day I was working for my part time job and the gig was way understaffed so i got the fun job of trying to control 3 areas with too many people, no help and no one wanting to move. Well there is this one guy videotaping (not a problem) but he was standing in a place where the venue didn't want people standing. He was with 6 or 7 other people and I told them that they had to find a place to sit down cause the venue wanted this spot to stay clear of people as a safety precaution. I was very polite and all moved except for the guy taping. he totally ignored me.
