it has to start somewhere i guess. FL, they'r tying to pass new law... speeding 50 over or stunt.. lose bike and/or license for 10yrs. was there anything like this that they tried to pass anywhere?
Lose your bike for excessive speeding? - Channel: APnews on LiveVideo.com

"fuckit!"
What would the state do with the bikes they take? How fair would it be to the person who owns a $20,000 bike that gets seized as compared to the person who owns a $2000 bike. Technically the first rider just paid $18k more for the same crime.
If they are going to pass that law (which I completely do not support), the same rules should apply to car drivers.
The idea of including "stunting" is pretty dangerous because what would be the legal definition of stunting, or would it be at the descretion of the police officer. Would they consider hanging off "stunting"?
that's dangerous territory, leaving it up to the police officer.
i'm of the opinion that wheelies and stuff like that on the street are dumb, unless you're on some bumbledeefuck road in the middle of nowhere with noone around, but giving cops more authority to bust our balls can only end badly...
it'll probably just polarize things such that almost everyone will run, and that'll only cause the people who actually stop to get more shit.

Support the Troops! (Except for Mondo, that guy's a dick)

I did a wheelie yesterday... It was so awesome that hot naked chicks came running outta the woods towards me. It was sweet.
True story, ask Nick.
BTW, this law sucks.

As for leaving decisions up to police officers, riding with a group up to Laconia last year, someone in our group stood up to get the wedge out, sat back down. Yup, blues light up, cop said he was "about to do a wheelie" or something like that. I dont think he got a ticket, but I cant remember.
Get the wrong cop, writes up that you were stunting, there goes your bike.
yep and there are plenty "wrong cops", i prefer "cocksuckers". what about riding with one hands when you're tired? that's stunting because you're not really in control.
"fuckit!"
Confusious say Kham smart like book full of big words..
What's to worry if you don't do wheelies
You think I'm kidding? Well, I'd probably do "small" wheelies once in a while if it wasn't for my SV650's frontcylynderoilstarvationitus!
Problem is, the general attitude of squids down here is to simply run. The roads down here, for the most part, make that option too appealing. On top of that, there have been too many bike incidents as of late, and a very high profile racing incident with Hulk Hogan's son, have attracted the lawmaker's gaze not unlike the eye of Sauron...
Now more will run

Heres a condom. I figured since youre acting like a dick, you should dress like one too.
also, i have never run from the blue lights but if it was going to cost me $7000 and a license for 10 years you better believe that i would think twice about stopping, on the other hand, i don't think i have ever gone more than 50 over the limit.
