Exclamation Honda shows new bike "CTX Series"

I was hoping for the V4 and they released a twin tourer!

Re-bodied, fuglified NC700. (Wasn't sure that was possible!) Easy pass.

    Boo Honda.

The real headscratcher is that they put forward controls on this thing. The cruiser crowd will never be interested in this bike, and for everyone else, midsets would make way more sense.

Wasn't the DN-01 setup the same way?
That flopped. I predict the same outcome here.

The only Honda with this styling that has a chance, IMO, is the F6B.

I wonder if it shares the 3 gallon capacity of the 1200VFR.

I'm usually pretty open to different designs, but that thing is disgusting. Outdated styling, poor concept, worse execution.
    Just lost my appetite.

Honda and Acura must currently be keeping the same product design company on retainer. Been a total shit show in recent years. Un fucking believable.

Re: Honda shows new bike "CTX Series"

If it were a shaft drive I'd be interested....

And before all the anti-shaft loonies chime in about their horror stories about their beemers, remember, it's a Honda. It ain't gonna leak/blow up.

And the OP only posted a pic of the "touring" model. The base model doesn't have that fugly fairing.

I dunno, throw some givi e21's on the back of it and I think you'd have a nice comfortable, utilitarian, stylish bike to runabout town that isn't a stupid scooter.

Still threw up... just not as much.

Maybe I just ate less before opening the thread.
