    Huge Industries Fender Remover

I couldn't take the look of the snowshovel Honda decided to put on the back of my cbr anymore. Huge Industries has a nice powder coated aluminum set-up for about $70, while I was at it I changed out the rear signals with Lochart Philips ($15). I had to add the plate light for inspection. J+P cycles has them for $15.
All in all, pretty smooth. Don't believe the 2 hours they say it will take if this is your first one, and as always it is easier to cut more away then put it back. They also say to use a utility knife to cut away the tray. I ended up using my hacksaw blade, Dremel tool, and a file. I wasn't happy with how high up in the tail it put the brake light, so I modified the kit to drop it down about 1/4 inch. I also riveted the two pieces together instead of using just the grommets on the brake light. Last step now that I know everything works is to heatshrink the turnsignal wires from the mounts to the trunk.

Looks good but what is the reflector still doing on there? Take that off and the look will be so much cleaner.

Half Squid - I got the light from J+P cycles. Nice little unit, countersinks are already in place for 3 mm SHCS. I'll check the slip for the part number.

KB - Look closer. The chicken strips are pretty close to the edge as it is. I think you are looking at the dust from me rolling it around the garage...
