If it works right now and the only issue is the title you're absolutely nuts to tear it apart and put it back together just to try and get a few extra dollars.

Just sell it cheap as a track bike where the title/registration don't really matter and stop having to deal with it... If it's functioning right now it will work fine at the track for someone.

Seriously what is your time worth? Time is money and the bike could/will end up more mechanically fucked on top of being legally fucked. You're not going to make it worth lots of money by doing this.

Heck I would have given it away FREE by now!
